V18 Windows client app no call drag & drop

Windows client call drag and drop functionality call handling. We see this as vital functionality now lost with the new release of v18 albeit we can use the old windows client for now. We have a large order client requesting confirmation this feature will be returning whom are requesting a release date before we can proceed with implementation.

As the new Desktop App is, in a way, an adaptation of the WebClient into a stand-alone windows application, currently as you are aware this feature does not exist.
Currently I am not aware of this being the roadmap, so I would have to suggest this be added in the "Ideas" section of the forum.

If you can't create a new thread due to lack of rights, you should maybe ask some other partner to open it for you, and/or discuss it with your 3CX Account Manager.
