V18 Windows Client - Empty window on call

If I receive a call it opens the dialer and an empty window.

Does this happen to any extension registered to that Windows Client or only that one specific extension?

Have you tried uninstalling it and reinstalling the Windows Client?

What OS are you using on that machine and what version is it running?

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the issue still exists.

OS: Windows 10 Pro 20H2
3CX Windows Client: 18.3.33

Can you check the Windows Client version from within the Management Console >> Phones tab:

Does this Win 10 Pro machine have a lot of 3rd party software installed on it or is relatively blank, used only for work?

it's a relatively blank machine. There are just some apps installed, which we need to work.
In the meantime I tried it on another workstation. There I have the same issue. Every time I get a call, it opens up the dialer and a new blank window.
