v20 Admin Console disappeared

Hello,
We have a hosted 3CX and some time ago we upgraded to v20. That worked wonderfully.
Today, I logged into the system and noticed that the Admin menu has disappeared.
I am the only administrator in the system, so no one except 3CX should be able to remove my rights.

Can anyone tell me how to change/reset the Admin user or fix the problem?

I found the error. After the update, I set it so that the admin menu can only be accessed with the IP address from our office. Here in the home office, it only works with a VPN connection.

Console restrictions can cause this issue. Is the issue now resolved?
