Our BLF is not working anymore after the V20 update; although we can push the button to connect the call, the actual lights on all phones stopped working.

Any thoughts on this, need this to be working urgently as we need to update our clients as well.

Any assistance I appreciate.

It seems the old trick of reloading/refreshing the license fixed the issue.
It just took me a while to figured out how to do this on the new V20 version.

The only issue I have now is that all our WH62 headsets have stopped working after the Upgrade.

I read that elsewhere, I'm only having this issue on one phone though. I went to the admin / system / lic page but didn't see any specific option to refresh the lic... other than what it does automatically when you go the page.

I've updated the firmware, I've rebuilt the extension, I've created a new extension, I've confirmed that it'son this phone... I thought maybe it's something to do with department membership... and made sure that the BLF and the ext in question were in hte same and only that department.

I've also logged into the web console and verified that I can see the presence of the various users I'm trying to add the BLF's for

Okay, got it... I'll have to do some more digging to figure out *why* but when I chose the external DNS name for the provision network interface It doesn't work. When I chose the IP address network interface it works. I figured this out by going through basically page by page setting by setting of an ext that worked and one that didn't and that was one of the few differences.

If the phone is locally you need the split DNS to contact the FQDN and re-provision.

Which makes perfect sense and I've had split DNS for years for other reasons, I just didn't plan on creating a zone 3cx.us I thought it was only my own domain. It makes sense though.
