Hello All,

After upgrading to V20 from our hosted 3CX with local SBC and some Snoms D385 IP phones, we cannot unpark calls via the assigned Snom BLF key (assigned to SP1 or SP2) any more, although the previous parking of a call works via that key.

After pressing the flashing BLF key to unpark (on the same phone or on a different phone) we hear the "The destination is not reachable.." resp. the German version of this notification and the call remains parked.

The phones have been configured at least to the "Receptionist" role which should allow shared parking, so this should not be an access rights issue.

This error makes the shared parking feature unusable for us, which is a real issue.

By the way, unparking via the virtual BLF of the Web Client works, but this is not a realistic alternative for us.

I noted that there is a similar discussion in the "Self Hosted" forum, but as this discussion actually turned to focus on thinks like using unsupported phones or unsupported creating dummy extensions for Shared Parking spaces. i.e. the feature is presented not as a bug, but as a feature, I want to post this problem here again pointing out that as the it seems to be a clear and severe bug to me which should be fixed as soon as possible,

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Best regards,
Joachim

Hi @Namsnob

We just tried the same scenario with the same phone behind an SBC in V20 and we could not reproduce the issue. The call is unparked successfully.
Can you park calls from the same device? It looks like the extension that is trying to unpark the call does not have receptionist rights.
Also are you using the supported firmware with the default template or are running custom templates?

Thanks for the prompt reply.

We can park calls from the any device via the BLF key, but I cannot unpark the call from this flashing key via any device (the same or a different device),

I have to correct, there is no voice message in this case, but a display message: "Call/Transaction Does not Exist", followed by the parked call phone number).

All devices have the receptionist role except for one having the system owner role, but the error occurs from any of the devices (tried at least some combinations)..

The firmware should be supported and up-to-date (Ver 10.1.141.10) and no custom templates are used. Provisioning is accomplished by the 3CX host system.

Regards,
Joachim
