V20 Chat - Auto close not working

Hi, I believe one-to-one chat(not a queue chat) is not covered by auto-closing chat(SMS). Is there a work around for this? I cant seem to locate that part where we can take ownership of a chat.

You cant "take ownership" of a one to one chat. Its already owned by you as you are the only party in that chat.

Yes, that is noted. How about sending SMs via Queue(with other members), whenever I tried sending SMS from a queue(with assigned DID of an SMS-enabled trunk), other members cant see the chat history or active chats

The group chat functionality is when an SMS is received through the queue. When you initiate an SMS it is a one to one.
