v20 client with v16 functionality for receptionist view

There is so much more visibility available in the v16 client. We could literally see the whole district.in the panel view. Now it's 5-10 people or so. Is there a plan to make it more useable or am I missing something?

@Shane Farmer - there are two issues you are facing here. 1. Version 20 now has Departments. So in your Panel view, you can see the members of the department you are a member of. It is possible to be in multiple departments and have visibility across them. Please refer to our Department Guide for more details on configuration.

The second issue is user roles. Version 20 has 7 unique roles and based on what type of access and visibility the user needs, the appropriate role should be selected. Please visit our Access Roles guide for full details.

I will look into these, but not completely sure that will help with this. There is so much more real estate in the older app, or should I say it's condenses the directory into a smaller space so you see more of it. First is from our system, the second is some random picture I found on internet, but illustrates the point.
