V20 Copy BLF from one user to multiple others?

In V18 i was able to edit multiple users - cannot seem to do this in V20 or unless i am looking in the wrong place - please can someone advise

yes it is multi select and edit i need - is it not even in V20 RC1?

The latest public version does not have multi-edit at this time.

also seem to have a problem with the latest desktop app it doesn’t link to the handsets - is this fixed in RC1?

Yes, the MS Store app cannot control an IP phone like the webclient can. The MS Store app is a phone only from my understanding.

Which? The Desktop App was (unfortunately IMHO) removed in v20. There is the web client, PWA, and Store app. I don't have a v20 to look at but I'd think the old v16 Windows app isn't supported either...?
