Hallo everyone.
I just upgraded to v20 (from Windows v18 to Debian V20). Upgrade went smooth.
But now I have a more ore less big problem. We have a lot of collegues that uses multiple accounts on there ip phones (mostly Yealink).
I know ... multiple accounts per phone are not supported, but it worked for years now. The reason for multiple accounts is, that we need different outgoing numbers for our hotlines. I don's see another way of doing this.
Till v18 I just created new users for such hotline accounts. Then I used the credentials shown on the "phone provisioning" tab and put them in the phone settings directly or edited the provisioning file, so the additional account was added this way.
But in v20 the credentials are not shown, if there is no ip phone attached to the account.
Is there a way to get these somewhere? Or do I have to add fake ip phones for every account to get the credentials?
