V20: Deleting trunk fires Chat closed automatically due to no answer within the configured time frame

Was doing some troubleshooting with a trunk on our test machine upon deleting the trunk to recreate, we immediately received "Chat closed automatically due to no answer within the configured time frame"

Is there a way to avoid this or reopen the threads after trunk added back in, i could see this being an issue?

Also where are the auto-close settings in V20?

Hi there.
You don't have other settings to what you see in the system for the chats not to be closed if the trunk is removed.
Regarding the auto-close settings for the chat it is there, and you can see in the Dashboard of the console if the chat is enabled:

@OlegR_3CX So if trunk is removed chats are closed, that is very bad there should be a warning.

We recently switched trunk providers and moving the DID did not seem to cause any problems, so we were surprised when chats started automatically closing.

Correct me if I'm wrong had we moved the DID to another trunk, deleted the trunk, created a new trunk, then moved the DID to the new trunk the chats would not have closed?
