V20 Email Template Customization

The Template customization feature that was available in the V18 Dashboard is not yet available, please consider providing customization options for meeting notification emails once they end (although it can be edited by parameters , it is not the same, the web interface is needed, and even a preview option), more and more our organizations want to add their personalization touch or otherwise adjust the messages.

And they definitely do not like flat text formats, HTML messages with a responsive response are desirable so that the platform is indifferent (web, PC, smartphone, other)

As per @NeilSmith_UBT You can already edit email templates. @Fredy Martínez Cubillos Please use the ideas forum for feature requests and throttle it because we can not handle someone who posts 10-20 feature requests in one day please.

Hi @Nick Galea, thanks for your response. I have been able to verify the most recent updates and it is indeed now available.

Regarding the improvement options provided in other threads, in no case do I intend that they be attended to immediately or that responses are given to everyone at the same time, simply that when I make an assembly and identify opportunities for improvement I document them so that they are not forget me Now, before doing so, I consulted with support and they indicated which topics I should publish in. I understand the indication.
