Hi, I've several problems with fax using 3cx v20 hosted pro version.
1) I can't make fax server to work . the extension 888 just give unanswered timeout.
I'm using a custom trunk but it support t.38 fax.
if I use a ht801 to register directly to the trunk using t.38 everything work fine. but If go through the PBX nothing work.
2) Extension fax using ht801 try to connect but give transmissions errors.
i'm not sure if it's the ht801 configuration or something else. Like I said if I connect ht801 directly to my fax trunk , it's working. Does anybody have the xml configuration of the ht801 to work with 3cx hosted with SBC.
