Hi, we had a problem with 3CX being hacked, so I restored an old VM backup, changed all the passwords I could find, clamped down on our external firewall, and decided to upgrade everything in case of security updates - I upgraded from v18 to v20 without being aware that it was beta... Anyway, after struggling through the Debian upgrade, I thought all was working.

But now, I've discovered that if I call a queue, I get a 'file not found' voice alert. I've tried changing the prompt set used by the queue, but that makes no difference. I've looked in the logs I can find, and there's no mention of it there. There are no available upgrades I can find, and I can't see how to upgrade a prompt set in v20, in case the problem is with that (going from other 'file not found' posts on here)

I'm not sure which file isn't found, or how to fix it. If necessary, I may go back to v18, but with the pain I went through to upgrade Debian, I'm a bit reluctant :)

Any ideas?

If you try another audio file on the queue what happens?

Do you mean 'on hold music'? If so, I tried other options for that, and got the same error.

what if you create another q?

Keep a V18 Backup and restart from scratch with V18 iso and restore your backup

Maybe - but if I'm going to reinstall v18, then I'll probably just stick with that until v20 comes out of beta and has an update or two, and try it again then.

Yes of course this is a good way to go to avoid V20 Beta or with missing feature you could have to use in first stable release
