v20 Hosted by 3CX issue with office closed prompt outside of business hours.

Hello,
We recently upgraded to v 20 and I noticed that when we setup business hours for departments, and I perform a test call, once I choose an option in the IVR for a department that is closed, a message that says "sorry our offices are closed please try later" ( in an Australian accent) then our voicemail message gets played. I looked everywhere to see where I can disable that our offices are closed message but can't seem to locate it. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

It is set to be after hours yes. So we are closed. Our voicemail prompt should answer not that generic message. Is there a way to disable that ?

Hi, did you check if the option play announcement is not enabled

Hi, That option is enabled. It has our office closed announcement.

so you should hear your office closed announcement and then the vmail.

are you sure the call is being routed correctly to that destination and not another one?
