Yes, the others are going to correct destination. Only the 2 fax lines are not going to fax server.

So your trunk is where the PBX comes though, I assume you also have other DID to answer the calls, is the routing for the calls working fine and going to the correct destination?

So when the FAX arrives, where does it go? Was the number sent to the PBX with the same format as entered in the Phonesystem? Also, is your SIP trunk supported and can be found in the list?

Fax to email all good on v18, now won't work on v20 with latest update Version 20.0 Update 1 (Build 673 Beta). When I call my Fax DID it ends up calling the main RG. MY DIDs are in E164 format. I am using a 3CX supported Sip Trunk. I have entered the fax DID and an email in the advanced/Fax Server setting. Still I can't get my fax DID to route fax to email, it keeps calling the main RG. I have read almost everything I can find and still not close to solving. Can someone who has it setup help out please. Do I have to create a separate RG? If so how do I then point it to the fax server when it's not an option in the list?

So in the mentioned V20 build, you can also create a rule and add the FAX to be sent to a specific user :




and then you can configure the destination of the FAX and it can be an extension :

Thank you for that , I had read that too, however whay can't it route correctly to the fax DID. V18 was simple to do this, what am I missing in V20? Or better still what do I need to do thats special in v20 to route incoming calls to certain DID's??

I modified my DID and removed the +61
Now working as expected. Fax DID is routing corrrectly.
Strange, had no issues with E.164 formatting of the DID's on v18 and made no changes upon upgrading to v20.
