V20 : incomming rules ?

For what ?
Yes, why did you eliminate the very practical management of incoming rules??
we had dozens of blocking rules in particular for "spammers" or intrusive faxes on our public
impossible to find them?
how to block a specific incoming number?
how to direct a specific number to a specific extension ?

perhaps We miss something but it was so easy before

Incoming rules were deemed unnecessary due to them being handled at the endpoint.

CID rules coming in newer updates.

In the v20 training 3CX mentioned one could use the new Route Point API (C#) to route calls based on caller ID. So that might be a temporary option. Though I've seen posts where CID would be coming as well. We also use custom routing in some cases for instance to have "call with PIN" calls bypass the digital receptionist.
