v20 Install - Certificates

We have a few dozen 3CX v18 PBXes using a common wildcard certificate. I went to install a new v20 PBX, and the installer is returning "Invalid Certificate key" when I try to upload the key. It's the same certificate and key that we're using elsewhere. I've used openssl to verify the modulus of the key matches the certificate. I don't understand why it's being rejected.

I found out how to put the certificate and key information into the initial setup config XML. It accepted it. Therefore, there must be a bug in the guided setup process.
