V20 Limit user's recording function

In V20, it seems that the [Group] function has been removed.

Currently there are 10 users, and we only want 2 of them to be able to see each other's recordings,
but at the moment we can only give them [Manger] permission, which doesn't quite meet our requirements.

We don't want 2 of them to see All the recordings in the department.
Is there any better solution?

The ability to see the recordings is for the entire department. It does not limit the view of the recordings of specific users.

In Version 20, being given the access to see the recordings will show the entire departments recordings. The same functionality was in Version 18 as well.

In fact, we only want User A and User B to be able to see each other's recordings, and we want to restrict them from seeing User C/D/E/F's recordings.
In V18, I can add User A and User B to a group, set them to [Can see group recordings].

How about V20? Does V20 have the similar function?

No. If a user is a Manager in a department, they will be a manager in all the departments they are a member of.
