v20 - missing alert-info in invite

I've posted about this in another thread around general issues I've noted during testing of v20. The "missing" alert-info in the invite to a VoIP SIP device for external calls is literally a killer for me - and I'm sure for others too.

External calls v18u9 to a ring group have alert-info=external in the invite header. This is missing post-v20 meaning all calls on hardware devices use the same ringtone and users cannot differentiate between internal and external calls.

Can someone at 3cx please ackowledge this oversight (unless I'm wrong and the issue is fixed - or doesn't exist)... and maybe look to correct the behaviour in the next RC?

PS - this is NOT related to distinct ringtones for queues - although it may be this new functionality which has "broken" the existing functionality...

Thenk you Yiannis - as just a "regular user" I have had some problem getting traction on this problem. I can provide pcap traces of the comms traffic between 3CX and the devices but assume you guys can replicate this without my help

It's mentioned in another thread - I'll update that too Brilliant response - once the update is available I can pilot v20 again!
