v20 - no camera - extension greyed out

I just thought I would put this here for others.

Some of our users were never showing up as available even though they could call/sms etc .. it turns out they don't have a camera, and because of that they didn't get the notice to set camera access to allow and therefore never show up as an online extension.

Probably something 3CX can fix, but for now, thought I would share the info from support because we were scratching our heads on why some users weren't showing up.

The difference here is that when the client installed the new web app, they only got requested to add the microphone, since there is no camera. So manually going and allowing it even though a camera doesn't exist fixed it. On a large deployment that's definitely going to create alot of friction
