v20 not recording all chats

Similar to this post below it seems, but can't add to it, I'm having trouble with v20 recording *some* but not all internal chats. The chat I had on 01/10 was logged, but not the chat I had on 03/10 or 04/10.

We also send far more SMS than the log shows, weird that it records some but not all.

Is there anything I can check?

Click on the little chat icon on the right hand side. It will have the entire conversation

Thanks, okay so I found this in the end, but this is far too messy. Let's say I wanted to find a slice of conversation Lauren and I had yesterday, in the chat log I had to set the search range to 'Last year' (presumably that's when we started messaging), which did return a conversation between Lauren and I, then once I found the conversation, I had to change the range back to 'This year' (or whenever) to get all the messages from the time period I wanted.

If I sent Lauren a message yesterday, I would have expected the Chat log date and time to be updated with the last message.
