Hello,

It looks like all our V20 PBX systems have lost their custom welcome email template after the last upgrade. Is there anybody else who is encountering this?

I still have to check using snapshots if this is related to the last update, I'll update when I have more info.

I looks like our custom password reset mail, and trunk error mail templates are still there. Only the welcome email has been reset back to defaults.

There is no welcome mail anymore. Just password reset.

Yes there is, they are 2 different email templates. As you can see our Password Recovery is still custom, our Extension welcome is back to default.

The "welcome" mail in v20 is compledly different to v18. There is no real welcome mail anymore like v18. Thats why your template is reset.

These are new V20 installations, not upgrades from V18. With 'upgrade' I mean the update to V20.1, I should have made that clearer, my apologies.
We created a custom email template and when we create new users, they receive the welcome email after creation. In the welcome email they have a link which takes them to a webpage where the can set their passwords for the first time and it holds information like the URL's, voicemail pincode etc. It looks like updating to 20.1 has reverted the welcome email template to default.

Ok, that should not happen. Did you backup the old email template? But why this happend i dont know.

Unfortunately not, but I already rebuild it to the best of my memories. So the situation has been fixed, I was just curious if this has happend to more partners.
