V20 Recording transcription

we updated to V20 U1 and setup the voicemail and recording archiving and transctiption.
Transcription is set to "both"

voicemail transcription works flawless.
However I archived a recording manually by using the "Archive" button and it never got transcribed. Any idea what is going on?

Does it mean in your case, the transcription is working for the other recordings that are not archived manually?

Hello! Currently when you archive it manually, the transcription is not involved, you need to use scheduled archiving.
If you need your transcription to be ready as fast as possible, please select "Archive Immediately" option for the "Archive recordings schedule" drop-down.

yes it is as @ivank described. manual archive = no transcription, scheduled archiving = transcription
