I have recently upgraded a V18 system to a V20 system and changed the location of the server. I used to have a RaspPi SBC in de office location, with a connection to the V18 server in the datacenter. Now the phones have direct access to the server (different network segment, but traffic is routed)
In my opinion I can remove the SBC. But how do I change the phones, so that they directly connect the 3cx server without the SBC. On the users config page, IP Phone, I have the option Routing Device with the SBC. How can I disable/ change this to Direct?
