Dear team,
in v18 there was an "Extension Statistics" report that gave the data for the extensions, dates and times. In V20, the report, which is also called Extension Statistics, does not provide the extension number, but the name and surname of the agents and does not provide the date and time data.
This is critical for the client as they had automated reports with power BI and now they are not working.
How can we make a report that this data appears?
The "Call Log" report that does provide Extension No. and dates is not valid for us because it does not provide the same data as the "Extension Statistics" report.
