I tried many times restoring a backup on a 3CX-hosted v20 system, but that never worked so far: after launching the restore, there's a long wait 'til an error message "504 - Ok" pops up (see attached screenshot)!
Although this message indicates a timeout, the FTP backup-location is correctly defined and used w/o any problems for periodic backups. Also, I can download such backups w/o any issue using some FTP-client such as FileZilla.
I would also like to know (and test!) whether restoring to an FQDN different from the original backup's FQDN would be possible for a 3CX-hosted V20 system (I must emphasize, however, that in above case, the restore was tried to the original instance).
