Can you have multiple users with "Department Administrator" or "Manager" role?
If you can, is it expected that all users with the abovementioned role will disappear from Admin/Users?
This is the scenario.
We have Department A, which consists of users John and Dan.
I needed John and Dan to be able to back each other up, so I gave them the "Department Administrator" or "Manager" role for Department A.
Once I did that, they couldn't see each other when they went to Admin/Users on their 3CX desktop PWA. We switched the filter from Department A to All, and the result remains the same.
If I switch John to a "user" role and leave Dan in the "administrator or manager" role, Dan can see John in Admin/Users.
This is very strange.
Does anyone else have the same issue?
