Recently upgraded one of our instances to v20: Version 20.0 Update 0 (Build 1494) (I assume this is Release Candidate 2?)

I'm currently logged in as a user with System Owner role, but I can't find this Security option anywhere, and I don't see it listed under the missing features of RC2 in the blog post.
- Automatic Global 3CX IP Blacklist - This option in “Security > Anti-Hacking” section and keep your PBX protected by participating in the automatically updated 3CX list of attacking IPs.
Please help.
