I would like to find out as the name has been changed from callflow app to Call Processing Script, has the Makecall Origin(Make call from) and Destination(To) issue we had in the V20 been fixed?
Can we revert configurations to v18 as calls were not sent to agents before calling customers or clients?
We need this feature so please update us as other people are following to get the details.
Also, will the call flow designer get a new name?
