v20 Update

So I saw that I need to do the v20 Update but when I tried it Puts a Circle with a line thru it with the following message.



I guess I am not sure what they mean by "System" I am already set as the System Owner

You're welcome. For a bit more explanation, 3CX can use the email to log in, and if two extensions have the same email, it will not send a password reset email.
