V20 Upgrade Error

Hi All,

We are currently trying to upgrade from AWS Debian 10 3cx V 18 to Debian 12 3cx V 20 but we keep running into the same error, wondering if anyone has seen the same

When trying to spin the backup through the 3cx portal, on the "Configuring 3CX" step we get a failed message with this error: PBX reported installation error: 'An exception was thrown while activating TCX.Configuration.Templates.TemplatesFactory -> TCX.Configuration.Templates.PhoneTemplates -> TCX.Configuration.Templates.TemplateFolders.'

Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like folder permissions issues. Make sure all the 3CX folders permissions are set properly.

This would be on a fresh install from the 3CX site, deploying to AWS & supplying a backup.zip. So where would the permissions issue be? as it fails during deploy.
