V20 upgrade - system owner

I forgot to set the system owner before the upgrade to V20.
Is there any possibilities to recover the situation without reinstalling everything?.

Basically: it’s already quite late to upgrade from 3CX v18 to v20, and it seems that the instructions documented by 3CX and widely available here in the forum were not read and understood beforehand.

To work towards a possible solution, please answer the following questions:

1. What type of 3CX license is it?
2. Where is the 3CX system hosted?
3. What operating system is used for the 3CX?
4. What type of access is available to the 3CX operating system?
5. What exact version of 3CX was running before the upgrade to v20?
6. Is there still a working backup of the 3CX system from before the migration?
