v20 weak Reports

Hello dears,

v20 is really big surprise-big disappointment from Reporting of view. The release upgrades all the time bring new functionalities and enhancements, not down-grades. It is not a solution to push exporting data to CSV and use some BI tools.

Today just some missing in v20 Call Reporting :

• Graph statistics OUT
• Sending the reports to any email account OUT
• You should set the reports inside the regarding extension’s webclient only
• To access to the report via url link which is sent in the email (see below) only possible when the webclient logged-on (i.e. why managers who will get report email should logged-in to app to see)

- etc etc

Sorry for my wording, but we back to STONE AGE!!!!!

At least minimum same functionalities on reporting capability should be back soon. Thanks, regards.

Just wait for the next updates. We will be providing an integration with Grafana which will allow you to create any type of report you want!

That way we can focus on the processing of the calls.

I hope Grafana will make it. What about email settings? Does Grafana will fit all issues we raised?

With Update 3 you can define any email you want
