V20 - Web user / app user showing as unregistered for other users

Deploying a system with a mixture of web/app/desktop phones. Some users are showing the affected users as unregistered from all users even though the affected user is showing as registered from their own browser. Seems isolated to Web and Windows desktop, very sporadic. Affected users can dial and reach other users, cannot receive inbound calls. System does have 365 integration for SSO purposes.

On the web client browser, check for the bell button - top-left, under 3CX logo - and click it and accept push notifications, see if it solves the problem.

Thank you. Push notifications are enabled, I found the web browser was blocking pop ups. Window app users - a uninstall and re-install worked.
