Solved V64 as SBC

We have a site that previously had two Polycom VVX450s, but they were suffering issues with call dropouts. We've replaced one VVX450 with a V64, but the intention of using the V64 as an SBC in the 18.6 beta.

The V64 has provisioned fine, and working correctly. However, going onto the config for the 450, selecting SBC, the V64 just doesn't appear.

Any suggestions?

Can you confirm that the V64 has been added as a router phone, and that you can see its SBC in the SIP Trunks section?

It's not in SBC, nor can I see the router phone option in admin console which is throwing me!

Disregard, it seems to have sorted itself now and V64 is listed! Thanks for the quick response, John.

Ah I see, you will now have to delete the V64 from the extension.

Then follow these instructions to add it as a Router phone first

When done, factory reset the Fanvil and you can enter the credentials as per the guide.
