Valcom VIP-201a

Hey,
I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for configuring a Valcom VIP-201a.
According to Valcom's doc here: https://www.valcom.com/techsupport/config-docs/3CX SIP 15_0 Configuration Guide.pdf
it should work.
However, I'm confused on the RTP port.
The prefilled value is 20000 but I know that 3CX uses ports 9000-10999 for RTP. The Valcom device does not allow a range to be entered.
Any help would be appreciated.

Just in case anyone else tries one of these devices, apparently that setting doesn't matter.
We are using this device with an offsite 3CX system using a SBC.
We set the server as the SBC and it registered just fine.
To get audio working we had to add the device to the audio group on the SIP tab.
