Valcom VIP-801 Units for paging

Does anyone have info on how to register Valcom VIP-801 units properly on 3CX V12 ? I followed the directions on Valcoms website and the units DID register for a short time but then unregistered. Now they won't seem to re-register!!

Odd to hear this because we install quite a few of these without any issue. I will ask one of the Field Engineers what is the story and report.
