Variables for Open Contact URL

Hello,

May I ask what other variable supported for Open Contact URL v16? I want to be able to Identify the Agent Extension number and the VoIP number dialed.

Only those variables are available. You can hardcode the agent extension, as that setting is per extension. But you can't get the number dialed by the customer to reach 3CX.
