Version 15 added T38FaxMaxIFP

My VOIP provider needs me to remove the a=T38FaxMaxIFP setting to allow incoming faxes to function. It seems the recent upgrade to Version 15 added this new parameter.

When I removed it from the Settings / Parameters list, it still came through, but with a different value (200). Is there a way I can remove this parameter entirely?

a=T38FaxMaxIFP:200
