Good morning! Updated to V16 last night. Overcame the activation issue this AM. I have successfully created an O365 integration into the 3CX system, and that all comes back normal (from what I can tell on the guidelines). I am filtering it to not sync users, to sync contacts for myself only, and to sync calendars for myself only.
I am an office365 HYBRID deployment. Our exchange server is on-prem 2013. Nothing is in the cloud except for synchronization using Azure AD. In OWA, I can see my contacts just fine, so I know they're syncing to O365.
My problem is, in my web app, my contacts are not syncing correctly. I cannot call a contact from web app. We have company contacts that are manually entered into 3CX that are showing up, but my personal contacts in outlook/exchange are not.
Is there a log file I can check, or a syncronization I can force, to further test this?
Also note: I'm using the legacy outlook connector to call contacts from outlook. This works just fine.
