Version 7 Audiocodes MP118 4FXO 4FXS

I am having a couple of problems since I upgraded to ver7.

1 Inbound FXO port calls always hit the call route for the first channel even though there are coming in on ports 6 & 7 which are configured. Same issue on outbound calls even though I am selecting the port assigned to to ports 6&7 port 5 is always selected.

2 Local exensions on ports 1-4 reregister about every minute.

Any help or ideas would be great!

We have never tested such a device but this should use a configuration identical to the MP114 2FXO 2FXS.

Create a bogus MP114 2x2 from the 3CX UI. This will allow you to generate a config files for the audiocodes MP114. On the INI file to replicate the necessary lines and apply it to the MP118

RLUST, did you ever figure out how to fix this problem. We have the same issue, all incoming calls via Audiocodes MP118 go to the first line in 3CX regardless of what line they came in on to Audiocodes. This used to work correctly with 3CX v.6 , but with version 7 it is exhibiting this strange behavior.
