Version bug?

We have a V18 3cx installed but in the Portal the subscription still shows V16 if i read that correct.
In the 3cx console it shows V18.
Is this a different Version number in the screenshot below or is there some type of bug or something we did wrong when updating to V18?

Hello

That Version there is based on the last activation that you have done.
From what I see its been more than 1 year that it last spoke to our servers, adn the last activation we see was from a V16 as it says in the portal.

Can you please check in your management console that the key you are using is the same with the one in the portal?
Maybe you are using a trial in the PBX instead of your commercial key.
If its this the case then please replace the trial with the commercial.

If the key is the same, please do a refresh licence key to communicate with our server and it should update also in the portal.

Now it gets interesting.
In the Portal i have a license which differs from the one in my console.
But the one in the console is shown as a Professional annual license which expires before the one in the portal.
So we have 2 licenses that we pay for id guess but we only use one.

I think i would have to contact 3CX support directly to check that?
And to get to know under which account the license we are currently using goes.

The professional could have been a trial, however I have checked for all keys registered on your domain.

You are indeed using the key you bought last year November as V18.
But you have also renew the key that you were using since 2012, which is currently not in use (V16) and expires in December.
