Video conferencing equipment for conferencing rooms

Is there any VC hardware that would be used with 3CX conference inag solution?? Polycom, Logitech, or any other??

I have the Logitech Group system here and I believe it works on 3CX. I will try to test however most suppliers of the hardware can confirm for you easily enough. The Logitech gear was UC compliant so it is just plug and play usually. We use it with Skype and Skype 4 Business without issue already.
