Solved Video Conferencing service temporarily not available

Dear, we are presenting problems in video conferences, when starting it gives us this error:
Video Conferencing service temporarily not available. Please try again later (0x0018)

Is there anything I can do? We are in Uruguay, Latin America.

Hi!

The 0x0018 error indicates that the PC you are trying to join from cannot contact the 3CX MCU Servers.

Can you try what is described here to see what MCU you are connecting to and if the IP is correct?

Dear All
When trying to do the tests, I can't terminate as it doesn't even reach the MCU servers.

We also have this error in a client outside the Lan network, so it seems strange to me that it is a problem with the internal DNS server

Dear, we were able to solve the problem, an update of our firewall, changed the security and blocked connections from the 3cx server
We fixed that rule, and video calling works fine
