Please make sure that the following pre-requisites are followed for WebMeeting to work.

1) Make sure you have a First Name OR/And a Last Name in the extension for which you want to use WebMeeting for.

2) This extension MUST have an e-mail. Preferably a valid e-mail so you can receive recordings and reports.

3) Make sure your MyPhone Port (Typically 5001 or 443) is open.

Upon rectifying any of the above, please perform a 3CX System Service restart in order to sync all meeting data or wait for 8 hours for this to be done automatically. Everything should start working.

Hi,

I had checked and restart but still the same. Does it related to external IP setting?

Your PBX's MyPhone Port must be able to communicate with webmeeting.3cx.net at port 443.

Additionally what i've forgotten to mention above is that you also need to have a valid certificate. This certificate must be real, from a real certification authority. It won't work if you're self signed or expired.

If you're still experiencing issues, please PM me your license key/FQDN.

It's very detailed.

Hi,

I see. I think using self-sign certificate. So in this case, if I backup the database and reinstall 3CX system and restore back, would it able to solve it?
