Video door phones

hello,

Does anyone have a setup that uses a video door phone with a 3cx and an inside phone that can view the video when the door phone calls?

Please advise

we are using 2N door phones (2N IP verso, 2N IP vario or 2N IP Force to be specific) and the calls from door phone are received either on Yealink VP530 (EOL now) or Yealink T49G or Yealink T58V

Be aware - 2N door phones only support simple video codec out of the box (you'll get really small picture on yealink screen) so you need to look into buying additional license from 2N for the device.

We have plenty of customers using the Moshi/Alphatech units however we have only been able to get them working on the color snom models (D765 etc) for displaying a picture.

On a training course, one the Grandstream phone works with it
