Hi

When we share a video when screen sharing it is very soft

What can the problem be ?

Regards
Bertus

Video is generally a bit soft because its compressed, but you can try and increase the "Meeting Quality" setting (as an Organizer) and move it up to "Quality" instead of "Balanced" provided there is enough bandwidth

Hi Brutis,

Audio sounds like this because Auto Gain Control, Echo Canecellation and Noise Reduction is applied to each participant's audio stream. If you want the full original sound quality, you'll need to go to your meeting settings and disable these 3 options.

Thanks . For me as a main organizer of the "Meeting" it is loud on the other side but if someone else that I made a organizer plays something I still can't hear them. Even their settings are the same as mine ? what can that be ?

Hi Brutis,

How are you sharing the audio of a youtube video when you're screen sharing? Are you switching your input device to a virtual microphone?

Hi

We actually tried videos as mentioned before that is on my pc as well.

No we didn't change any mic input when screen sharing

How are you sharing the audio of a shared video then? It's important to know this in order to be able to answer your question at least about the audio quality.
