View queue status for non-managers?

In the Windows app > Panel, is there a way to configure the settings so that all users can see the other users that are logged in or logged out of the queues but not have full manager permissions to listen and barge in on calls and perform other manager functions? Just see presence of the users in each queue.

In the Panel section ,"all" view , you can see the extensions connected to the same queues as you are.
