virtual extension voicemail

hi there

sorry, maybe a silly questions, can a virtual extension have voicemail, if so how? I don't seem to be able to find the settings, for instance we have a call queue, if nobody is on the queue or nobody can answer we have to do something with the call, hand it off to another queue or another extension or end hte clal etc, none of which we want, we would like to hand it off to that virtual extension voicemail, is this possible? or, do i need to create another extension (made up sort of thing) and just pass it off to this?

Just create a new extension and make sure the forwarding rules for it handle the call the way you want.
