Hello there. Our 3CX livechat box is properly configured in the wordpress site and displays correctly with all the customizations. Issue is whenever the chatbox is clicked, it brings out the form quite alright, but visitors are unable to click the name label and type input.
There is literally no response on the Name and Email section even though all the labels and line for the text input are clearly visible.
The only thing that responds is the submit button, which is clickable, but it can't submit the chat form because name and email are required fields.
Everything else seems properly connected. Pls help with suggestions to fix this.
